Halle Berry Refuses to Marry her Baby's Daddy

Expecting mum Halle Berry has revealed that she will not marry boyfriend Gabriel Aubry.

 

The Oscar winning actress, who has suffered two failed marriages, admitted that becoming a mother has not changed her decision in favor of marriage.

 

Referring to her famous vow that she would never marry again, Oprah asked Berry during a taping of her show, "Are you still in that space?" Halle replied, "Yes."

 

"What Gabriel and I have decided is that we will just redefine marriage for ourselves," she said.

 

Meanwhile Berry has hired security guards after she received racist threats to harm her unborn baby.

 

The actress, who was born to a white father and an Afro-American mother, got anonymous letters that said her baby would be 'cut into hundreds of pieces'.

A source close to the star said that Berry doesn't hire security, but after the threats she has roped in two guards.

No Baby Bump for Halle Berry

Actress Halle Berry has refuted reports that she is expecting her first child with her model beau Gabriel Aubury.

 

In the middle of the current week, a US tabloid reported that the Oscar winner is pregnant.

 

The reports also quoted a source as saying that Berry is 'happy' since she wanted a baby.

 

"Halle is so happy right now. She's wanted a baby for so long,' the source said.

 

However, the source also reveals that with the joy has come a very real fear due to the fact that Berry is a diabetic and the disease can cause complications during pregnancy, including risk of miscarriage, stillbirth and birth defects.

 

And so, the insider revealed, the star was doing everything possible to make sure her baby is born healthy.

"But at the same time she's scared because she is very aware of the complications that having diabetes can cause during pregnancy," the source added.

But, her rep has denied that report and said that it is 'not true'.

Halle Berry regrets butt tattoo

Halle Berry admits that her biggest regret is getting her ex hubby's name tattooed on her butt.

 

The Academy Award winning actress married first hubby, pro baseball player David Justice in 1992 and had his name tattooed on her posterior.

 

When the marriage ended in divorce in 1996, Berry had the tattooed turned into a sunflower for it represented.

 

However, Berry now admits to the UK edition of Cosmopolitan that she made a mistake in getting the etching, for she would have just preferred 'clear skin'.

 

"I chose a sunflower because when darkness descends they close up to regenerate," Femalefirst quoted her, as telling the magazine.

"But I really wish I'd never had the tattoo in the first place. Clean, clear skin is always better," she added.

Berry and Justice found it difficult to maintain their relationship while he was playing baseball and she was filming elsewhere.

She had earlier revealed that she left so despondent after the break-up that she considered taking her own life.

Halle Berry chats with strangers on net

Actress Halle Berry said she really does chat with total strangers on the Internet, just like the character she plays in the upcoming movie Perfect Stranger.

"I found the anonymity exciting because I could keep giving myself new names," Berry said in an interview here. "After a while I found it kind of funny to adopt these identities and I started going into chats with my real name.

"But when other people read that someone is calling herself Halle Berry, they think you're some kind of crazy person."

In the movie, Berry, 40, plays a journalist who goes undercover to ferret out a businessman as her best friend's killer, entering into a game of online cat and mouse.
