Fans who won a radio competition to meet Beyonce Knowles claim that her diva demands ruined the whole experience for them.
When they arrived they were surrounded by bodyguards who watched them like hawks.
They were then told that there would be no kissing, questions or touching with the star and no bags were allowed in with them.
Organisers of the event even tried to charge the competition winners for the pictures they had taken with the singer.
Whatever next Beyonce?
