No Puppy Love For Britney

Britney Spears has been voted the worst celebrity dog owner.

The survey conducted by two dog magazines say Britney "once had three Chihuahuas..as soon as she met K-Fed and had kids they disappeared."

Paris Hilton came in second, probably because she treats poor Tinkerbell like a handbag.

Oprah Winfrey, who owns five dogs, was ranked as the best celebrity dog owner.

Hilary O'Hagan, editor of The New York Dog and The Hollywood Dog magazines, says Spears once had three Chihuahuas which she never left home without - until Kevin Federline showed up.

Other stars in the running for best dog owner included former 'Beverly Hills 90210' star Tori Spelling and 'Desperate Housewives' actress Nicollette Sheridan.
