Mandy Moore says No to movie Nudity

Singer- actress Mandy Moore has refused to do nude scenes in films, for she doesn't want strangers to know how she looks without clothes.

 

The 22-year-old said that she would find it extremely difficult to walk down the street with the feeling that passers-by have seen her bare body.

 

"It would be completely uncomfortable to walk down the street and know that the person passing by had seen me without my clothes on," Contactmusic quoted her, as saying.

 

The pop singer added that she refused several such offers when directors and producers insisted on nude scenes.

 

"I've turned down several roles where the producers or writers wouldn't budge on that point," she added.

 

However, Moore insisted that she doesn't mean that actresses shouldn't do nude scenes, and that one can look feminine and sexy without posing 'half-naked'.

"I'm not saying that it's wrong for someone else to do them, but I think there's a way to be feminine and sexy without posing half-naked," she added.
