Christina Aguilera Is Britney Spears' Children's Santa

"I want to give them something adorable for the colder weather."

According to late news, singer Christina Aguilera, once a Britney Spears' rival, is now buying gifts for the party princess' two sons, 15-month-old Sean Preston and three-month-old Jayden James.

It appears that Aguilera already called the famous baby boutique Petit Tresor to choose the gifts for the boys, to be sure they will be received for Christmas, according to People magazine.

The singer called the magazine and told them: "I want to give them something adorable for the colder weather," according to a source quoted by the magazine. At the end of the conversation, she bought two blue cashmere sweaters costing $129 each.

And, according to the same source, Britney also called the shop and asked for "something matching and playful". Spears bought two Kaloo chairs shaped like teddy bears for $85 each.

Christina Aguilera and Britney Spears met at the Mickey Mouse Club in the early 1990s. Other performers on the show included Justin Timberlake, future boyfriend of Spears, and Joshua Chasez (both of whom later became members of the pop group 'N Sync), Keri Russell (star of the TV show Felicity), and actor Ryan Gosling.
